Quedgeley rider's podium place

Everyone might have been talking about Lewis Hamilton’s race victory at the weekend, but talented Quedgeley teenager Scott Redding was busy snatching a podium position in another Grand Prix.
Redding, 16, finished third in the British MotoGP Grand Prix at Donington Park, having started way down the grid in 11th place.
Wet weather led to the race being completed in two parts, and several riders crashed out, but Redding held his nerve to achieve his best finish of the season.
The race, which Redding won last year, was this year won by championship leader Julian Simon, from Spain.

ReportI've been following Scott's career for some time now and I think it's brilliant that Quedgeley has got its very own sporting hero. Weel done Scott!
