Perfect local pub

I love coming to the Pilot. They have a great seating area outside looking over the canal and kids play equipment. So its lovely to come in the summer and they have a conservatory for when the weather is a bit rubbish but you can still see out over the canal. They also do great food here.

    This is a lovely pub and they do great food here. Thee conservatory that looks over the Canal is lovely to have a drink in. There is plenty of outside seating when the weather is nice. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

    Lovely Relaxing Pub

       

    With all of the nice weather that we have been having The Pilot is perfect for spending a summer’s afternoon. It has a play area for kids and beautiful views of the Canal. The food is also very nice here - although there isn’t much variety but what they do is always really good. I defiantly will be spending lots of time here in the beer garden this summer.

    This place used to be awful, but lots of changes have been made to make it one of the nicest places to eat in the area. It's great for a family visit as there's a play area for the kids, and it's in such a beautiful location, especially when the sun is out. The building itself is lovely and the staff who have replaced the old lot are full of smiles and are good mannered. The beer selection is good and both food and drinks are good value for money. Well done on the turnaround, guys.
