Clock repairs under way

Fund-raising is continuing for repairs and refurbishment to Quedgeley church clock.

Local people had been missing the familiar chimes after the clock mechanism failed recently but, thanks to fund-raising already in hand, repairs are now underway.

However, more money is needed to complete the refurbishment of the clock, scheduled for the spring and, hopefully, better weather.
