Lee Hill, 15, is a dedicated 'Jezzer' fan watching the star's larger-than-life chat show every day. Lee suffers from severe cerebral palsy, as well as a visual impairment and epilepsy, but he never lets his condition get him down. He recently underwent major surgery on his hips and knees and generally spends a lot of time in hospital. ...
