I'm fed up with inconsiderate dog owners in KINGSWAY! I awake every morning to the sorry sound of barking dogs, barks that eventually turn into whimpering and continue all day long. Will the irresponsible owners, for goodness sakes, show some compassion for their neglected pets PLEASE? If you don't have the time for your dogs then don't get one in the first place - they don't stay cute puppies forever!
