Hi we are looking at a house in kingsway quedgeley and just wondering what the the area is like crime rate etc etc just don't want to be slap bang in the middle of all of that so any help would be great thankyou?

I live in Quedgeley the next estate in my opinion Kingsway is a fairly new estate and as such has yet to settle down i.e. the infrastructure is not yet complete though things are moving forward. There is a residents association that is working to improve facilities for the community. Like almost everywhere it has some social problems, I do not know the percentages but there is social housing on the estate but no more than some other areas of the city. I have a couple of friends who live there and both are quite happy they moved there.
