The Youth Achievement Foundation in Kingsway is shut today due to a power failure.
Gloucestershire County Council said it is hoped the site in Naas Lane, which is run by Young Gloucestershire, and provides education for teenagers aged 13 to 16 years, will reopen as normal tomorrow.
